Healing Breath offers a safe, supportive and non-forceful practice using conscious connected breathwork and body-based sessions in and around Gillingham, Maidstone and Medway, Kent, supporting people who feel their body is in a survival loop; maybe noticing that you hold your breath, feel anxious, become easily overwhelmed or reactive to experiences in life, feeling disconnected with yourself, overthinking or being a people-pleaser, struggling with your emotional wellbeing.
Because much of what we experience as anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm is linked to the nervous system being stuck in a survival state, often without enough capacity to process or settle.

When Your Nervous Systems Feels Overwhelmed
You might notice:
- constantly feeling on edge or alert
- overthinking or difficulty switching off
- feeling overwhelmed by small things
- tension held in your body
- cycles you understand, but can’t seem to change
This isn’t a lack of effort or awareness.
It’s often a sign that your nervous system doesn’t yet have the capacity to fully process what it’s holding.
Supporting Your Nervous System Capacity
When the body has been under pressure for a long time, it adapts through survival patterns, ways of coping that once made sense, but may now feel limiting or exhausting.
This work isn’t about forcing change or pushing through.
It’s about gently increasing your system’s capacity, so you can feel more regulated, more present, and more able to respond to life with greater ease.
My Approach
My work is trauma-informed, meaning sessions are guided at your pace, with a strong focus on safety, respecting boundaries, supportive, consent, and nervous system awareness.

Breathwork Has Changed How I Navigate Life
My Quality of Life Has Improved
I was living in 'survival mode' for the majority of my life without realising it, feeling disconnected from my body, wearing a mask that showed the outside world I was managing, but my inner world was a different story. My nervous system was living in the familiarity of 'fight/flight', based on my dysfunctional upbringing.
I experienced anxiety, tension, and feeling on edge, without fully understanding why. My behavioural patterns showed in my relationship with money and being a spendaholic, having unhealthy relationship dynamics, being a workaholic and having low emotional intelligence.
Training as a Breathwork and Bodywork has given me a new lease of life and a healthier relationship with my body, mind and spirit. Every day I spend time learning and listening to what my body signals to me every day, using the many practices that I've learnt and continue to learn in my skills to hold space for others. Whether it's a 1:1 setting, group work or wellbeing events.
All the experiences that I've been trained in for the last 2 years has helped shape how I work today.
